This one is about toughness and purpose.
You can easily go on social media and see peoples happy moments, or even walk down the street and see that people look happy, when in fact deep down inside most people really aren't. Why does one not feel content at the end of the day? Even though we are living in a pretty wealthy nation, we are one of the most depressed people groups in the world. Whoever or whatever you turn to to get answers, even with that sometimes its just hard.

Overcome, overcome with jealousy I'm on my knees
Survival of the fittest
Common ground, common ground, souls depart from wicked ways
Its the coldest day of winter

What's your way in me?

I walk around, all around the cityscape, my passerbys
they're alive and they are sized
No time can pass no money lasts
grocery bags can break your back
I just want to get away

What's your way in me?
